Infrastructure Inspection:

Assess the overall health and functionality of the IT infrastructure, including servers, networking equipment, and workstations.

Room survey

Conduct room survey of both offices and meeting rooms to estimate and plan project works

Procure Hardware and Materials

Request all hardware orders and prepare materials, test items to ensure they are fit and ready for installation

Network Management:

Redesign & mount network rack and install all network devices. Check performance and troubleshoot connectivity issues.

Set up workstations, cable management and complete cable organising

Remote Access and VPN Management:

Set up remote access solutions for all employees.

Documentation

Update documentation related to configurations, changes, and troubleshooting procedures.

Maintain an inventory of hardware and software assets.

Training and Education:

Educate non-IT users regarding new changes to Microsoft application as well as new features. IT security & cyber security best practices.
