IT support · KSA & UAE

One IT partner for your Riyadh and Dubai offices.

Cre8 IT (Create IT) supports companies with offices in both Saudi Arabia and the UAE: one helpdesk, one security standard and one account manager, with our own engineers in Riyadh and Dubai. No second IT provider, and no office supported remotely from the other country.

The problem

Two countries should not mean two IT providers

Firms with offices in Riyadh and Dubai usually end up with one of two set-ups: a separate IT provider in each country, or one provider supporting the other office remotely. Both cause problems: different security standards, two sets of documentation, gaps when an issue sits between the two, and no engineer on site when a laptop, printer or network fails.

With Cre8 IT, both offices are run by the same team to the same standard, with our own engineers on the ground in each country.

What we run across both offices

What we offer

How we support offices in KSA and the UAE

One team, one standard, local engineers and local contracts.

One helpdesk, one account manager

Staff in Riyadh and Dubai use the same number and email for help, and you have one account manager who knows both offices.

Engineers on the ground

Our own engineers in Riyadh and Dubai, so on-site work in either office does not wait for someone to fly in.

One security standard

The same patching, endpoint protection, monitoring and backup in both offices, run under our ISO 27001:2022 certified management system.

Shared Microsoft 365 and cloud

One tenant, one set of policies and one way of working, with access set per office and per team.

Contracts that suit your tax set-up

Sign one group contract, or separate local contracts with our Saudi and UAE companies, invoiced in SAR and AED.

New office set-ups

Opening in Riyadh or Dubai? We plan and deliver the network, WiFi, devices and accounts, and support the office from day one.

Compliance in both countries

Contracts and invoicing

One team, with contracts that suit your tax set-up

You can sign one group contract for both offices, or separate local contracts with our Saudi company, Create MSP Technology, and our UAE company, Cre8 MSP Technology LLC. Saudi contracts are invoiced in SAR and UAE contracts in AED, so each office’s IT costs sit in the right country for tax and VAT.

Most companies choose local contracts. Either way, you get the same team, the same service levels and one account manager across both offices.

How we work with you

From two providers to one team

1. Review

We review both offices, your systems and your current providers, and agree what you want us to take on in each country.

2. Onboard

We document everything, take over access from your previous providers and fix urgent issues first, one office at a time if you prefer.

3. Support

Staff in both offices get one number and one email for help, backed by engineers who know your systems.

4. Improve

Regular reviews keep both offices secure, up to date and run to the same standard.

Do we need two contracts?

Which currency do you invoice in?

Contracts with our Saudi company are invoiced in SAR, and contracts with our UAE company are invoiced in AED.

Where are your offices?

Riyadh: Building 3074, Level 29, Tower B, Olaya Towers, Prince Mohammed Bin Abdulaziz Road, Riyadh 12213. Dubai: Office 4103-4106, BB1 Mazaya Business Avenue, Jumeirah Lake Towers.
